HodlerKit Licence Terms

Version 1.0.0 — effective 19 July 2026

1. Sinfin s.r.o. grants the buyer a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased HodlerKit major version for the buyer’s own non-commercial asset management.
2. The licence is perpetual for the purchased major version and permits no more than two active installations. Recovery can list activations and revoke or replace a limited number of them.
3. Updates to the purchased major version and new signed packages are supplied for 12 months. Mandatory necessary updates are not limited by that period. A new major version is excluded unless the offer says otherwise.
4. The buyer may create strategies and independently test them locally through the documented interface. The buyer retains rights in an original strategy. Any submission to the seller is governed only by separately accepted terms.
5. The buyer must not circumvent licence limits, publish the private installer or a licence capability, provide copies to third parties, rent or resell the software. Statutory exceptions for interoperability, security research and open-source components remain unaffected.
6. Open-source components are governed by their own licences identified in the package and SBOM. These terms do not change or restrict those licences.
7. The buyer controls API keys, the exchange account and trading decisions. The licence is not portfolio management, custody, investment advice or a result guarantee.
8. After notice of a material breach, the seller may restrict future updates, downloads and new activations. An already issued offline certificate cannot reliably be disabled remotely. Termination does not limit statutory conformity rights or claims under the Refund Policy.
